After an initial consultation where your property requirements and budget are ascertained, search and property inspections are carried out.  After each inspection and communication with selling agent, a report is generated with recommendations.  Purchasing strategies are discussed on short listed properties and pre-purchase due diligence carried out.

Whether it's negotiating or bidding, we will be there with you throughout the buying process, including organising conveyancing and property management suggestions if necessary, as well as pre- settlement inspections.

Pricing is on a sliding scale. Most Buyers Agents charge 2% of the Purchase Price - we feel that this is not an incentive to secure you the best possible end result.  Our pricing is on a sliding scale and tailored to your purchasing dollars and services required. 

A Retainers Fee of $1500 is payable on commencement of service, refundable before end of first 30 days.
